- 12 large pasta shells
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta shells until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened. If using, mix in spinach until wilted.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place in a greased baking dish. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over shells and sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
