  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 green onions (chopped, white and green parts)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the chicken broth over medium heat until simmering.

  3. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth; gradually add it to the simmering broth to thicken.
