  • 1 package puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 2 cups cooked, diced boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook diced chicken over medium heat until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning in the last minute.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce and shredded cheese until well combined.
  4. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface, cut into squares.
  5. Spoon filling onto each square, fold and seal edges firmly.
  6. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
