  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil cubed potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then stir in sour cream and cheddar until creamy.
