- 4 fresh hoagie rolls

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Thinly slice the beef against the grain. Slice the mushrooms and onions.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and mushrooms; cook until tender and golden (5-7 minutes).
- Push veggies aside, add thinly sliced beef to the skillet. Cook until browned (3-4 minutes), mixing with the veggies.
