  • 1 cup salsa (your choice of mild, medium, or hot)
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup frozen corn

Instructions

  1. Rinse black beans under cold water and drain well.
  2. In the crockpot, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
  3. Pour salsa generously over the chicken.
  4. Add the rinsed black beans and frozen corn; mix gently.
