  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen pierogi (assorted flavors)
  • 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 large sweet onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel and dice the potatoes; finely chop the onion.
