  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions into thick rings, about half an inch.
  2. Set up a dredging station: whisk eggs in one bowl and combine almond flour, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another.
  3. Dip each onion ring into the egg mixture followed by the almond flour mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan to around 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry onion rings for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving hot.
