  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

  4. Gradually add the shredded pepper jack cheese, stirring continuously until melted and creamy (3-5 minutes).
  5. Toss the drained pasta into the sauce, mixing well to coat evenly. If too thick, add reserved pasta water gradually.
