  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup whole milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot, add elbow macaroni, and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and no longer pink.
  3. Lower heat, add milk/cream, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and half of the cheese. Stir until melted.
  4. Drain cooked pasta and add to the skillet. Fold gently until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top; cover briefly on low heat until melted.
