  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms (cremini and button), chopped

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
