  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, diced
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or water)

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans. Halve larger baby potatoes.
  2. In a large skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add halved baby potatoes and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Stir in fresh green beans and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, scrape up any bits from the skillet, then cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with crispy bacon.
