  • 4 oz capicola, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz mortadella, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Genoa salami, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz sharp provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup olive salad (mixed green and black olives, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the bread horizontally to create two halves.
  2. In a bowl, mix together chopped olives, minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes to make the olive salad.
  3. Layer capicola on one half of the bread followed by mortadella and salami. Top with slices of provolone cheese.
  4. Generously spoon the olive salad over the cheese layer and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Place the top half of the bread back on and press down gently.
  6. Wrap tightly in parchment paper or foil and let rest for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors before slicing.
