  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for cooking)
  • 3 large Russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.
