- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté diced onions until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Break apart with a spatula for even cooking.
