- 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 strips bacon
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough. Toast in the skillet, butter-side down, for about 3-4 minutes until golden.
