Instructions

  1. Rinse bok choy under cold water and slice each head in half lengthwise.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add halved bok choy cut side down to the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes until slightly wilted and bright green.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce evenly over the bok choy and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Stir gently to coat.
  5. Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes until leaves are tender yet crisp.
