  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
  3. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add oil and sauté beef strips in batches until browned (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger; stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add chopped vegetables to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce mixed with brown sugar. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
