Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping garlic and measuring out balsamic vinegar and honey.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin side down in the pan and sear for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the fillets carefully and pour the balsamic mixture over them. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat when salmon flakes easily with a fork; drizzle with remaining glaze and garnish with fresh herbs.
