Ingredients
- 3–4 pound boneless beef roast
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear each side of the beef roast for about 4 minutes until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
