  • 4 sub rolls
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz capicola, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded (romaine or iceberg)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the sub rolls down the middle without cutting all the way through.
  3. Layer salami, capicola, and ham on one side of each roll; add provolone slices on top.
  4. On the other side of the roll, layer shredded lettuce and tomato slices; add pepperoncini if desired.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the sandwiches and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
