Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic-herb flavor)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish, then drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and squeeze lemon juice over each fillet.
