Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth. Gradually add to dry ingredients—mix gently.
  4. Fold in diced apples carefully.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet about two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with enough milk to achieve a smooth consistency and drizzle over warm fritters.
