  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts (optional)
