  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 cups homemade mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
