  • 1 cup dill pickles (sliced into spears or chips)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pickles dry with paper towels.
  3. Set up a breading station: mix flour and Cajun seasoning in one bowl, beat eggs in another, and combine panko with additional Cajun seasoning in a third bowl.
  4. Dip each pickle slice into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
