- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)

- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed ladyfingers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes or until slightly golden. Allow it to cool.
- In a large bowl, blend mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the cooled brewed coffee until well combined.
- Spoon half of the filling over the cooled crust and layer soaked ladyfingers dipped in coffee on top. Finish with the remaining filling.
