Instructions

  3. Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir gently until combined.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. For the frosting, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in cocoa powder until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar and milk until glossy.
