  • 1 lb fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Set aside.
  2. Mix the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Layer the Lasagna: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a layer of shrimp mixture in a baking dish. Layer with noodles, then cheese filling and shrimp mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Add Final Touches: Top with remaining noodles, spread with remaining cream cheese mixture, sprinkle with Parmesan, and drizzle melted butter over top.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
