Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown; cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla; blend well.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
