  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  4. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
  5. Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the macaroni mixture.
