 - 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for crust)
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 cup heavy cream (for frosting)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
 - For the crust, mix melted butter, crushed graham crackers, and cocoa powder until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan.
 - In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs one at a time, and vanilla extract; mix well.
 - Gradually fold in red velvet cake mix until fully incorporated.
 - Pour filling over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
 - Cool in the oven with the door ajar for one hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours.
 - Before serving, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form and frost the cheesecake.
