- In another bowl, cream butter with brown sugar; add egg and vanilla then mix in flour and remaining chocolate chips.
- Layer half the brownie batter in the pan, followed by cookie dough, then top with remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but the center remains soft.
