- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

- 1-inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prep shrimp by peeling and deveining if not already done. Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil water in a large pot and cook egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Once hot, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the pan, cooking until pink (about 3-4 minutes). Then stir in bell peppers and broccoli, sautéing until just tender.
- Toss cooked noodles into the pan along with soy sauce and chili flakes (if using). Stir well for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
