Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 4–5 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cut the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces and rinse the baby potatoes.
- Place the beef in the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by the baby potatoes, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
