  • 2 cans (15 oz each) black or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the beef to a slow cooker and add chopped onions, bell peppers, beans, and tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
