  • 12 cups heavy cream
  • 12 cups shredded cheese (Gruyère and cheddar blend)
  • 23 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Wash, peel, and thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half of the potato slices in the prepared dish; pour half of the cream mixture over them and add half of the cheese.
