  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Spread the cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the frozen mixed vegetables on top of the soup.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, and shredded cheese until smooth. Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
