  • 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
