- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)

- 1/4 cup pine nuts (toasted)

- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper on the baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes until they burst.
- Meanwhile, boil salted water in a large pot. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
