Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tzatziki sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Finely chop parsley and mince garlic.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties about one inch thick.
  5. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  6. Serve warm with tzatziki sauce or alongside fresh vegetables.
