These loaded fries feature a crispy base generously coated with zesty Cajun seasoning, topped with melted cheese, and finished off with a drizzle of ranch dressing and hot sauce. Perfect for game days, movie nights, or casual gatherings, this dish is sure to impress with its bold flavors and customizable toppings.

  • 1 pound frozen crinkle-cut French fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • Hot sauce (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss frozen fries with olive oil and Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Spread seasoned fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded cheese over the fries until melted.
  6. Remove from the oven, top with green onions, drizzle with ranch dressing and hot sauce, then serve immediately.
