Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast sweet potatoes for about 45 minutes until tender. Let cool and peel.
- In a large bowl, mash the sweet potatoes until smooth. Mix in almond butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until combined.
