  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned sprouts on the baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
