  • 1 cup aged Cotija cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  2. Add grated Cotija cheese and combine evenly.
