- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

- Oil for frying (enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix crab meat and cream cheese until creamy. Stir in green onions and lemon juice.
- Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Scoop out two tablespoons of mixture and form into balls (golf ball size).
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Carefully fry crab bombs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
