  • 8 ounces linguine pasta

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve about half a cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice; stir well to combine.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet along with cooked linguine. Add reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency. Toss gently to combine.
