  • 1 cup green or brown lentils
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

Instructions
