- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry the chicken legs and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread uncooked rice evenly in a baking dish and pour chicken broth over it.
