  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Stir in minced garlic, tomato paste, smoked paprika, caraway seeds, and bay leaves; combine well.
  5. Pour in the beef broth while scraping the pot's bottom to release flavor bits. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook gently for 1.5 to 2 hours until tender.
  7. Stir in sour cream just before serving for extra creaminess.
